Reiki extends beyond our physical body. It reaches our Aura and Chakras also.
What are the gifts of having a Reiki Session?
Reiki re-balances the flow of energy in and around the body to help it return to a positive state of health, naturally and on its own.
Reiki is a natural, gentle, “hands-on” healing art that heals on all levels- physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. By providing a state of deep relaxation, Reiki facilitates relief from pain and anxiety. It allows the person to experience peace, connect with the joy of life and empowers one to live life with meaning and purpose. The technique of Reiki enhances the body’s natural ability to heal itself and is an ideal complement to both medical and holistic health care treatments.

When we are balanced and our aura is free flowing and our chakras are functioning well we tend to have more mental clarity, we are more connected to our purpose, we encounter consistent emotional stability more energy and a vitality for life. In-person Reiki Session
When you visit me in-person (in Melbourne), a typical session involves the following 3 phases:
To start: We have a brief chat about what is going on in your life, (if you feel called to). The ‘pre-chat’ is an opportunity for you to bring to the surface anything that is troubling you and wanting to navigate more effectively in life.
During the healing component of your session the following occurs:
You lie on a massage table (or sit) fully clothed with blankets to cover you for warmth.
I may use aromatherapy, some sound therapy, smoke and a simple guided visualisation to relax you. Each session differs dependant on what is needed and guided to.
I then channel universal healing energy by gently placing my hands on or near you
At the end, I gently bring you back from your deeply relaxed state
To finish: We have a ‘post-chat’ about what we both experienced, any messages or insights that we may have received.
Time: 1 hour session
Location: Blackburn
Once you add this purchase, you shall receive a brief form to fill out and I shall contact you with further details of our appointment.

Cancellation of a service for any reason must be made within 24 hours prior to the appointment date and time.
