Is it important to have a specific intention or purpose when using Rapèh?

Yes, it can be very useful to hold a specific intention, or asking a specific question during each Rapéh session. They are very powerful teacher plant spirits. As you develop a relationship and connection with this plant spirit, they will cleanse, heal, teach and guide you personally.  They are very sacred, precious and rare medicines, which should always be treated with respect, love, gratitude, and used within a sacred ceremonial space.

Where do we source our Amazonian products such as the Rapèh and Kuripès?

We source our Rapèh and Kuripè from Amazonian tribes in Brazil. These sacred tribes use a correct, but tedious and lengthy process in creating this plant in the correct ways for intended purpose. The people of the Amazon feel is it in everybody’s best interest to connect and share with this traditional natural medicines with good intention, now more than ever, in todays world.
We acknowledge, give thanks and celebrate the indigenous cultures and the sacred medicine they have to share with us.

In some tribes, it is the women who gather the ingredients and make the Rapéh, and others are made by the healers of the tribe. Typically they are made in small batches with specific intentions for the ceremony or person being treated. These are very powerful, profoundly healing and cleansing on many levels. The use of Rapéh aims to connect one to the spirits of nature while invoking that power to bring about physical and spiritual healing.

Our products are sourced from ethical suppliers. Our Rapèh and Kuripès are sourced from tribes of the Amazon, from Brazil and Colombia. All proceeds go to the tribes to maintain the land, communities needs and necessities for the families there.

Each item and service is as best described as possible with images and our descriptions, but always reach out if you need further clarification and you’d like to have a chat.

What is the best way to store Rapèh?

Rapéh is a fine powder, so they easily absorb moisture from the air.  To keep them fresh and moisture-free, please ensure you keep them stored in the airtight containers they come in. Also, it’s best to keep them away from humid, damp and wet environments, and best stored away from direct sunlight.

What are our shipping charges?

We provide the lowest shipping cost possible through Australia Post and Sendle. 

We only ship within Australia. 

  • Standard shipping for orders under $100 is $10.50 flat rate in Australia only

  • Free Standard shipping for sale total of $100 and over 

  • Express Shipping is optional at checkout for $20 (please allow up to 3 business days)

We work hard to pack and ship out orders within 24 hrs of receiving. (Excluding Saturday/Sundays and Public Holiday)

Products, Returns & Replacements on products and services

Terms and Conditions

All sizes and measurements of the products are approximate, we always ensure that they are as accurate as possible. Please check sizing and weight before you buy. 

No two crystals/rocks can be the same, they all have their original beauty. Many stones have naturally occurring unique inclusions and imperfections that do not affect their individual quality.

Spirit of Elements inspect each product before it’s prepared to be shipped. We use recycled padding and bubble wrap where possible, with extra care to ensure your products arrive safely. However, accidents may occur during transit on the rare occasion. During the shipping process we unfortunately cannot control how your package is managed by the courier company.

If for any reason you are completely dissatisfied with your purchase, then please contact us as soon as possible, within a 7 day period. We do not refund or accept returns for a change of mind. 

We do not accept refunds on any of the Ritual Products, such as the Rapèh or Kuripès, so please purchase consciously.

We ensure we provide a full description of each product with images, size and weight, so please check this before you purchase any product. 

Please email us to discuss before returning or exchanging any items within 7 days.

Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return item(s) unless it’s a faulty product. Ensuring the items are in the original state and packaging is all intact and protecting the purchased item. 

There is no refund or exchange on sale items. 

Refunds and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Spirit of Elements.

Please note, Spirit of Elements may or may not reimburse return shipping charges on refunds or exchanges (this is determined on a case by case basis therefore please contact us first to discuss). Spirit of Elements bear no responsibility for the loss of an item being returned, which is why we recommend using registered mail to return an item. Spirit of Elements will not be held liable for items that are sent back broken or damaged, and may or may not process the refund/exchange if so.

Terms and conditions on our services and offerings

By booking an appointment or purchasing any of our services you agree to this cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation of a service for any reason must be made within 24 hours prior to the appointment date and time.

If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to your appointment date then you will be charged a cancellation fee.

No refunds are given for cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment.

If you request a refund within 7 days we will provide a refund with a 3.5% transaction fee of the total amount. This is because the transaction gateway such as PayPal and Stripe pass these costs on to Spirit of Elements.

There is no refund available after the 7 day period.

Refund policy on services / offerings

If you book a service and need to reschedule please contact us within 24 hours.

If you simply do not turn up to a scheduled appointment then no refund is offered.

Privacy Policy

We recognise the importance of protecting your personal information. This is why we comply to a number of laws, including the Privacy Act (and Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under Part IIC of the Privacy Act 1988), this imposes regulations for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, plus other matters including data quality and security, openness, access and correction. We do not share your information with any third or external party.

How long will it take for my items to arrive? 

We pack and send orders within 24-48 hours of receiving an order. Keep in mind we don’t send out orders on Saturdays or Sundays and public holidays. 

Standard delivery can be anywhere from 2 days to 14 days, depending on where you’re located. 

We are based in Melbourne.

What is our satisfaction guarantee?

We stand by our reputation and want to ensure each and every one of our customers are happy. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee as we hand -select all our products and ensure we provide quality items only.

We will not send you a faulty or poorly graded product.

Our Crystals

Quartz are natural minerals and each have their own beautiful and unique pattern and crystalline composure. There are no two crystals exactly the same, likened to humans finger prints. Please be aware as quartz is natures creations, their appearance can slightly vary from the images shown and in different lights and they may contain tiny inclusions and pits. Please expect to find inclusions and beautiful markings within the crystal itself. Our designs and crystal cuts are made to show the beauty of a crystalline structure rather than looking like glass. Crystals/Quartz is not meant to resemble glass.

Our Crystals are sold as found or they’ve been cut by artisans; which are hand-cut, so they will never be completely ‘perfect’.

How do you select my quartz piece?

We intuitively pick your crystal and ensure it’s as close to the images as possible. We provide images in our hands to show you a rough size depicted and we also provide measurements on the description of each product, so please check this information before you purchase.

Spirit of Elements uses various suppliers from Australia and other countries, such as Brazil, Pakistan, Peru, India, USA and Afghanistan. We ensure we source from ethically minded suppliers.

How to look after my crystals? 

Cleansing Your Crystals

Please note, Spirit of Elements cleanses all crystals before you receive them.

Crystals vibrate and send out their energy, so we keep them close to us to harness their powers – but crystals also soak up the energy around them. After spending a few days with you when you’ve been in a bad mood the crystal will be full of your negativity. If you give this crystal to a friend, rather than feeling better they might be mysteriously feeling horrible. To avoid this you need to cleanse your crystals, getting rid of any bad vibes.

There are several ways to do this; after some practice you might find some of your own.

Burying your crystal in soil, or salt lets the earth do all the purifying work for you. Alternatively you can hold the crystal under running water – natural is best – and visualise all the negativity draining out of it and being carried away with the water.

When it’s a new or full moon put your crystal out in the moonlight or on your window sill overnight, to cleanse and charge it. 

Smudge it with smoke from your Sage or Rosemary bundle or Palo Santo stick or your incense stick. 

You’ll know when the crystal is cleansed by the feel of it. There should be a noticeable difference; the crystal may feel lighter or look brighter depending on your individual perception.

What crystals cannot go in water?

Some crystals disintegrate when wet. Common stones that can't get wet include: amber, turquoise, red coral, fire opal, moonstone, calcite, kyanite, kunzite, angelite, azurite, selenite.
