This offering is perfect if you have a specific pain or complaint that needs a focused treatment or you can come for a combination of relaxation and a general body tune up.
Depending on your needs your treatment may include techniques such as: deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofacial release, joint mobilization, stretching or energy balancing and activation.
Each treatment is delivered with working intuitively so your treatment is always tailored to your needs.
The therapist is qualified in Remedial Massage Therapy.
When you visit me in-person (in Melbourne), a typical session involves the following 3 phases:
To start: We have a consultation, we discuss your concerns and the treatment.
During the healing component of your session the following occurs:
You lie on a massage table unclothed (with underwear on) covered with our clean towels.
I will use aromatherapy and thermal therapy.
During the treatment we will us different techniques of Remedial massage.
Time: 1 hour session
Once you add this purchase, you shall receive a brief form to fill out and I shall contact you with further details of our appointment and a questionnaire.

By booking an appointment or purchasing any of our services you agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation of a service for any reason must be made within 24 hours prior to the appointment date and time.
If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours prior to your appointment date then you will be charged a cancellation fee.
No refunds are given for cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment.
If you request a refund within 7 days we will provide a refund with a 3.5% transaction fee of the total amount. This is because the transaction gateway such as PayPal and Stripe pass these costs on to Spirit of Elements.
There is no refund available after the 7 day period.
